Early Wedding Check-In Options
Standard Check-In
Time: Friday at 5:00 p.m.
Access: Full event center and lodging access for your weekend wedding.
Fee: Included in your standard booking.
Friday Early Check-In
Time: Friday at 12:00 p.m. (noon)
Access: Full event center access for the couple, vendors, helpers, and anyone assisting with the wedding. This option allows extra time to settle in, enjoy the grounds, or begin setting up.
Fee: $400
Thursday Arrival for the Couple
Time: Thursday after 2:00 p.m.
Access: Private stay in the Treehouse for the couple. Wake up Friday morning and enjoy early access to the event center as soon as your day begins. Vendors and helpers are welcome to arrive at noon on Friday.
Fee: $600
Thursday Arrival for Wedding Party Setup
Time: Thursday after 2:00 p.m.
Access: Overnight accommodations in all lodging spaces. Guests staying on-site may begin setting up the property when they wake up Friday morning, with full access to the grounds. Vendors and other helpers are welcome to arrive at any time on Friday.
Fee: $1,000
Full Thursday Arrival for Entire Party
Time: Thursday at 2:00 p.m.
Access: The entire group may arrive early, including guests not staying overnight. This option provides a full extra day and night on the property for gatherings, setup, and pre-wedding activities. Vendors and helpers are also welcome to arrive as early as they’d like on Friday.
Fee: $1,500
Lodging vs. Event Center Access
Our on-site lodging may also be reserved for Thursday night at the standard Airbnb nightly rates:
Cabin: $155 per night
Treehouse: $165 per night
Airstream: $125 per night
(The Studio is not available as a stand-alone rental.)
However, booking lodging alone does not include early access to the event center or event grounds for setup.
Early access to the event center is only available through one of the Early Wedding Check-In options listed above, which guarantees that the space will be prepared and available earlier in the day.
Guests staying in the lodging spaces on Thursday are welcome to enjoy their accommodations, but event center access will begin at the time associated with the early check-in option selected.
