  • Shared Lodging: Please expect the normal sounds and presence of others sharing the space, including snoring. Earplugs or noise-canceling headphones are recommended. We cannot guarantee a quiet roommate or accommodate room changes due to snoring. If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, we recommend choosing a private accommodation.

Registration

To register, complete the registration form below. The form will collect your contact information, lodging preference, dietary restrictions, and your acknowledgment of our cancellation and weather/emergency policies. You’ll also confirm that you understand that your registration is not complete and your lodging is not reserved until you receive and pay your invoice, by email. Once we receive your completed form, we’ll review your registration, confirm availability, and send your invoice with payment instructions. Your registration will be confirmed once payment is received.
