Your Venue Rental Includes:
a 2 night stay for family & friends: Enjoy private access to our entire property in any of our lodging spaces with a 5pm check-in pre-wedding day with noon check-out post wedding day.
Flexible Space Options:
Ceremony Settings: Nestled in a picturesque clearing, our ceremony trees stand as a breathtaking backdrop for your vows.
Reception and Dining: Choose to dine in both the Pavilion (seats up to 36) and the Courtyard (seats 64 comfortably, more can be squeezed in). Though named separately, these 2 spaces are in the same spot. We do provide dining tables and padded wooden chairs for your guests. Some couples choose to rent an additional dining tent from an outside vendor (at an extra cost).
Amenities:
Outdoor Kitchen: Equipped with two fridges, sinks, stoves, and white plates and cutlery for up to 35 guests. This versatile space can also serve as a bar or dessert station.
Tables and chairs: We provide tables and padded wooden folding chairs (view here) for all your guests. We have ten 60” round tables and four 48” round tables. We do NOT provide linens.
Bathhouse: Featuring 3 restrooms, an indoor and outdoor shower, and stocked essentials.
Nature Trails: Invite guests to explore our 37 acres of tranquil Hill Country landscapes.
Yard Games: Have fun with Jumbo Jenga, 3 Cornhole sets, Darts, and Garden Pick-up-sticks!
Lighting: Our venue is equipped with charming lighting options to create a magical atmosphere for your evening celebration.
Parking: Convenient parking is available on-site, ensuring easy access for all your guests.
