Key Features

★★★★★

“I recently hosted a retreat for mothers at HCNR, and we could not have been happier with the beautiful, and thoughtfully curated space created by Marlena and Eugene. Just WOW. They've thought of everything to create a comfortable and nurturing space in harmony with and in homage to the beautiful hill country, and their hospitality is unparalleled. I cannot wait to go back!”

Gathering Spaces + Amenities

Our retreat center is designed to foster connection and creativity. Whether you’re gathering for a group meal, a workshop session, or quiet reflection, the land and structures provide a flexible, open-air setting that supports a range of experiences.

We built this retreat center ourselves, slowly, by hand, using mostly reclaimed materials because we believe spaces don’t have to be fancy to feel meaningful. We wanted to create a place where people could gather without pressure, reconnect with nature, and feel at home in the quiet. Everything here is intentionally simple, built with care, and meant to support real connection, rest, and creativity.
